Problem
You get the “Your session has timed out or the host went offline during your connection attempt” error when trying to connect to a logmein session.
Solution
On the target (remote) PC / Server
Firstly make sure that LogMeIn on the target machine is not in the middle of updating itself,
Then,
1. Start > Run > CMD {enter}
2. Net stop logmein {enter}
3. Net start logmein {enter}
