Problem

SBS 2003 Internet connection wizard (ICW) keeps launching all the time.

Solution

SBS Stop Internet Connection Wizard (ICW).

1. Start Run > msconfig {enter}
2. Select the startup Tab
3. Untick icwnotify > Apply > Close
4. Exit without Restart.
5. Right Click the Taskbar > Task Manager > Rocesses
6. Locate icwnotify.exe > Right Click > End Process Tree > Yes.
