Adprep /forestprep fails 2003 > 2008 Domain Upgrade

Problem

While attempting to upgrage a domain to Windows 2008 (schema version 44) you get an error like this..

Solution

1. Start > Run > services.msc {enter}

2. Locate all the McAfee services and stop them.

3. Rerun adprep /forestprep
