Windows 7 "Auto Suspends" In ESX

Problem
Has annoyed me for a while, Seen on VSphere4 ESX and ESXi, a guest Windows 7 machine (either x86 or x64) "Suspends" after a while.
Solution

1. Power the Windows 7 VM down.

2. Right click the VM and Select "Edit Settings".

3. Select the Options Tab > Power Options > Select "Put OS into standby mode.." > OK.

4. Power the VM on again, problem sorted.
