Problem

Event ID 2003

Solution

The configuration information of the performance library <path to dll> for the <servicename> service does not match the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted.

Cause:
Usually afer a service pack - asp, www and ftp services need to be reset

Fix:
Drop to command line and issue these commands (or paste them into a bath file and run them)

unlodctr w3svc
unlodctr msftpsvc
unlodctr asp
unlodctr inetinfo
lodctr w3ctrs.ini
lodctr ftpctrs.ini
lodctr axperf.ini
lodctr infoctrs.ini
