Cause:
WMI Problem

Fix:
On the machine open "Task Manager" > Open the Processes tab
Locate the WinMgmt.exe process > write down its PID number

Start > Run > cmd {enter}

at command line type the following

winmgmt /clearadap {enter}
winmgmt /resyncperf -p XXX {enter} <----replace XXX with the PID you wrote down.

Reboot
