OWA Read Emails Are “Disappearing”

Problem
After reading emails they are not visible in the inbox through Outlook Web Access.
Solution
This happens because the view has been changed.
1. Log into OWA
2. Next to Inbox there is a drop down menu
3. Change it from "Unread Messages" to "Messages"
